Every bag of Ethiopian leaves our shop in Irqah, Riyadh with its history on its face. The cherries were grown in Multi-region blend, Ethiopia, harvested when the fruit told the picker, not when the calendar did, and washed, then dried before they ever met our roaster.
Origin
Multi-region blend in Ethiopia is not a name on a map to prove provenance — it is an environment where the cherry earns its constituents.
Process
Washed processing: the fruit is removed from the seed before drying.
Cup notes
Citrus, Floral, Bright finish. Brewed at 92°C, 1:16 ratio, V60.
