Terms of Sale

These terms govern every order placed on coffeekhalil.com. By placing an order you accept them as written here on the day the order is placed. Earlier versions of these terms are not binding on new orders; for an existing order, the version in force on the order date applies.

Placing an order is an offer to buy the listed goods at the listed price. Acceptance occurs when we send the order-confirmation email. Until that email is sent, we may decline an order without explanation — for example, where stock is exhausted, where pricing was misstated due to an error, or where we cannot fulfil to the address provided.

Until the order has shipped, you may cancel it without charge by emailing us with the order number.

All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include any applicable VAT.

We may change prices at any time. The price you see in the cart at checkout is the price we honour for that order.

Where a price has been misstated by clear error and the order has not yet shipped, we may cancel and refund the order rather than fulfil at the misstated price.

Card payments — Mada, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard, processed through Moyasar.

Buy-now-pay-later — Tabby and Tamara, where eligible. Their separate terms apply to the credit relationship; we receive only confirmation of payment.

You authorise the charge at the point of order. We do not store full card numbers.

Domestic shipping inside Saudi Arabia is the only option at launch. International shipping is on the roadmap for Q4 2026.

Delivery is 1-2 business days for Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, and Dammam, and 3-5 business days for outlying cities. Free shipping over SAR 200; SAR 25 flat rate below that.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If the carrier records the parcel as delivered and you have not received it, contact us within seven (7) days and we will help resolve it with the carrier.

Unopened bags may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund; we cover return shipping where the issue is on us (damage, error, or staleness on arrival).

Opened bags are non-returnable as a matter of food safety, save where the law mandates otherwise.

Our total liability for any single order is capped at the amount paid for that order, save where Saudi law disallows such a cap (for example, in the case of personal injury caused by negligence).

We do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
