Khalil Coffee ships nationwide across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at launch.

International shipping is on the roadmap for Q4 2026. Subscribe to the journal for the announcement.

Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, and Dammam — 1-2 business days from dispatch.

Other cities and regions inside Saudi Arabia — 3-5 business days from dispatch.

Orders placed before 14:00 KSA time on a roasting day are dispatched the same week. Orders placed after the cut-off ship in the following week's roast.

Free shipping on orders over SAR 200.

Below SAR 200, a flat SAR 25 shipping fee applies.

Wholesale pallet shipping is quoted separately and is included on the wholesale invoice.

Every bag is vacuum-sealed at the shop, with the roast date printed on the label. Beans peak in flavour between seven and twenty-one days after roasting.

We aim to ship within five (5) days of roasting; bags reach customers inside the peak window in almost every case. The bag in your hand carries the date so you can plan your brewing accordingly.

A tracking link is emailed to you when the carrier collects your parcel. If the link does not arrive within 24 hours of the dispatch email, write to hello@coffeekhalil.com or message us on WhatsApp.

For failed deliveries, the carrier will attempt redelivery twice. After two failed attempts the parcel is returned to the shop; we will contact you to arrange a second dispatch (return-to-sender shipping fees may apply).
