When are beans roasted?
Weekly. The roast date is stamped on every bag.
How fresh are they when shipped?
We ship within 5 days of roasting. Beans peak between 7-21 days post-roast.
How fast is delivery?
1-2 business days across Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, and Dammam; 3-5 days for outlying cities. Free shipping over SAR 200, otherwise SAR 25 flat.
Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?
Not at launch. International shipping is on the roadmap for Q4 2026.
Can I return beans?
Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days. If beans arrive damaged or stale within 10 days of delivery, we replace at our cost. We don't accept returns of opened bags — food safety, no exceptions.
