When are beans roasted?
Weekly. The roast date is stamped on every bag.
How fresh are they when you collect?
We prepare your order from a recently roasted batch. Beans peak between 7-21 days post-roast.
Do you deliver?
Pickup from the shop only for now — we prepare your order for collection in Irqah, Riyadh once it is confirmed. Delivery is not available yet.
Can I return beans?
Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days. If beans arrive damaged or stale within 10 days of delivery, we replace at our cost. We don't accept returns of opened bags — food safety, no exceptions.
