Redemption — the short answer.
- How does the recipient redeem the card?
- A unique code arrives in their inbox. At checkout, they paste the code into the "Gift card or discount" field — the balance applies to the order total. Any unused balance stays on the card for the next order.
- Can a card be used across multiple orders?
- Yes — the balance carries forward. The card stays alive until the balance hits zero, or for 24 months from purchase, whichever comes first.
- Can a card be combined with a discount or subscription credit?
- Yes — gift-card balance stacks with discount codes and any subscription credit you may have. The system applies discounts first, then draws the remainder from the card.
- What if the order total exceeds the card?
- The remainder is charged to the normal payment method at checkout — Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, or BNPL via Tabby/Tamara.
