Returns Policy

Coffee is a perishable food product. We cannot accept returns of opened bags. Anything that arrives damaged, incorrect, or stale will be replaced at our cost — no questions, no restocking fee, no friction.

Unopened bags may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund.

Where the return is your decision (you changed your mind, ordered the wrong roast, etc.), you cover return shipping. Where the return is on us (damage, wrong item, staleness on arrival) we cover it.

If a bag arrives damaged or stale, write to us within ten (10) days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We replace at our cost. Where the same lot is no longer available, we offer a comparable lot or a full refund.

Once a bag is opened, food-safety rules mean we cannot accept it back. If the cup is genuinely off, message us — we will look at it case by case, and we have replaced bags where the cup did not match the description.

We issue an RMA number and a return shipping label where applicable.

Refunds are processed within seven (7) business days of the return arriving at the shop, to the original payment method. There is no restocking fee.
