Every bag of Brazilian leaves our shop in Irqah, Riyadh with its history on its face. The cherries were grown in Multi-region blend, Brazil, harvested when the fruit told the picker, not when the calendar did, and dry-processed on raised beds before they ever met our roaster.
Origin
Multi-region blend in Brazil is not a name on a map to prove provenance — it is an environment where the cherry earns its constituents.
Process
Natural processing: the cherry is dried whole around the seed before hulling.
